[WEEKLY HONORS] Carolina captain Brad Rusin, who helped hold the Montreal Impact to three shots on goal in theRailHawks’ 2-0 win that extended their winning streak to 10 games, was named the NASL Defensive Player of the Week for the third time this season. FC Tampa Bay’s Pascal Millien was named the NASL Offensive Player of the Week, while Orlando City goalie Miguel Gallardo won USL PRO’s weekly honors.
