[COLLEGE RANKINGS] Stanford and Notre Dame, last year's Women's College Cup finalists, are ranked 1-2 in the Soccer America Women's Preseason Top 25 rankings,
as selected by its editors.
Notre Dame beat Stanford, 1-0, in the College Cup final. Both teams are loaded with returning talent and will meet on Sept. 9 at Stanford.
ACC
teams North Carolina, Florida State, Maryland and Boston College are ranked 3-4-5-6, and seven ACC teams are ranked in the Top 25.
The Pac-10 is second with five teams in the Top 25.
