Famed Spanish chef Ferran Adria, dubbed “the Master of Foam” for his avant-garde cooking technique, has been hired by Barcelona to revamp the menu at itsyouth academy.

Adria, also known as the “the Salvador Dali­ of the kitchen,” will redesign La Masia meals to “foster healthy eating and exercise.” He created such dishes as”vacuumized” mushrooms and vanishing ravioli.

Barca calls its new campaign “We are what we do, we are what we eat.”
