Schaffer leads Tribe back into rankings

[TOP 25 SPOTLIGHT] Riding a five-game winning streak, William & Mary returned to Soccer America Women's Top 25 for the first time since Week 3. Led by junior Mallory Schaffer, the Tribe (9-1-2) has been scoring early and often.

William & Mary beat both Georgia State and UNC Wilmington, getting all three goals in 3-0 victories in the first half.

Schaffer had the game-winning goal against Georgia State and two goals in the first 12 minutes and an assist against UNCW to extend her goal-scoring streak to six games. She has had scored three two-goal games to give her 11 goals for the season.

Erin Liberatore and Audrey Barry also scored in Thursday's win over Georgia State, while Cortlyn Bristol had the third goal on Sunday.
