Cato joins Sounders, Maicon Santos hooks up with D.C.

[MLS TRANSACTIONS] The Seattle Sounders have signed 19-year-old Trinidad & Tobago forward Cordell Cato, whotrained with the club last summer. D.C. United picked up Brazilian forward Maicon Santos, who scored 14goals in 62 matches with Chivas USA, Toronto FC and FC Dallas. Jackson, who had played with Maicon Santos at FC Dallas last summer, has been loaned to Brazilianclub Cruzeiro.
