Rogers 'laying low' after being injured in debut

[AMERICANS ABROAD] Robbie Rogers' debut for Leeds United lasted all of 11 minutes as he suffered a suspected concussion after a collision with Doncaster Rovers' Tommy Spurr late in their English League Championship game. Rogers was taken to the hospital and after play resumed Leeds completed a comeback from 2-0 down to beat Doncaster 3-2.

Rogers came on in the 79th minute and left in the 90th. He had joined Leeds on a free transfer from the Columbus Crew in January.

Luciano Becchio scored the winner in the ninth minute of stoppage time.

The win left Leeds in 10th place, three points out of the top six. Teams 4-6 will play off for the third promotion berth.

Rogers tweeted on Sunday: "Concussions are no joke... Laying low for a few days. Thanks for everyone's concern and comments much appreciated!"
