[AMERICANS ABROAD] Carlos Bocanegra was red carded in the 88th minute of Rangers' 3-2 win over Celtic in their Old Firm

How good is Zak Whitbread? He gets his 90 min week in and week out at Norwich, which is the last time I l ooked holding its own at mid-table in the EPL.Should he be getting a call up to US team soon? Are we that set on defenders, or are we waiting for Marvel Wynne to develop?
I think I recall Whitbread's problem is that he's been injured during call-ups or has gotten injured during camps. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Every time I've seen Norwich play on FSC, Zak has seemed to turn in very solid performances without any major gaffes. So he ought to get at least a look see by Klinsi. He's probably been under the radar somewhat toiling in the Championship until this season. I do think he was injured for a recent callup.
