Henry and Wondo keep pace; Pontius hits hat trick

[MLS GOLEADORES] In Week 7 action, Red Bull Thierry Henry and San Jose's Chris Wondolowski each scored to keep a share of the
Golden Boot race while Chris Pontius hit a hat trick for D.C. United. For the latest on the Golden Boot race ...
* Henry scored the Red Bulls' lone goal -- his eighth of
the season -- in a 4-1 loss to D.C. United, which got a hat trick from Pontius, who now has four goals.
* Pontius, a Southern California product who played college ball at UC Santa Barbara,
scored 13 goals in his first three MLS seasons, his most productive of which was last season when he struck seven in 25 appearances.
* Pontius' hat trick was the third of the season, after
Henry and Seattle's David Estrada.
* Wondolowski, the 2010 Golden Boot winner with 18 goals, scored San Jose's third goal in a 3-1 win over Real Salt Lake.

What was learned from the RB performance against DC; it's a dysfunctional squad,Cooper can't jump and his soccer IQ is minimal, Richards runs like the wind and is clueless, Ballouchy has no speed, no stamina and no soccer IQ, defense is disorganized and the MF lacks purpose; and coach Backe needs to be replaced; a horrid display of technical and emotional dynamics.
