[WEEKLY HONORS] English goalkeeper Richard Martin was named the NASL Defensive Player of the Week for the second consecutive week. Also honored for the second time this season was Ft. Martin conceded just one goal (an own goal) in two games for the first-place Puerto Rico Islanders

Herron scored two goals in the Strikers' 2-2 tie at San Antonio on Saturday.

Richter had a goal and an assist in the Battery's 3-0 victory against the Charlotte Eagles.
