Yes, we are all mad. There is no way that should not have been an easy 3 - 0 match where the US just contentedly stopped playing (with the solid lead) at the 70th minute mark. If A & B get 1 goal, well, then the USA should have had 4. There are more people in my relatively rural county than in the entire A & B islands. They just played against a goalkeeper who only stood 5'8" tall. How many long distance shots did we see? An overall very poor US performance.
