[WEEKLY HONORS] San Antonio Scorpions forward Pablo Campos, who scored two goals in a 3-0 win over the Atlanta
Silverbacks, was named the NASL Offensive Player of the Week for the second time this season.
Campos opened the scoring after some clever footwork inside the box to avoid a defender in
the 27th minute.
In the 83rd minute, he put the Scorpions ahead 3-0 with another skillful move in the box, increasing his tally to a team-high five goals, second in the league.
FC Edmonton goalkeeper Lance Parker, who saved four shots including a penalty kick in a 1-0 win over the Fort Lauderdale Strikers was named the NASL
Defensive Player of the Week.
Parker is the fourth different FC Edmonton keeper to have recorded a shutout this season.
Wilmington Hammerheads goalkeeper Alex Horwath was named the USL PRO Player of the Week.
Howarth recorded a 10-save shutout in the 2-0 win against the Harrisburg City Islanders. The
former New York Red Bulls keeper also put in a solid performance a 1-1 draw at the Rochester Rhinos.
