Thierry Henry, who set up Chris Wondolowski's goal in the MLS All-Stars' 3-2 win over European champion Chelsea on Wednesday, said he was particularly impressed
with the MLS squad's style of play.
The All-Stars overcame a 2-1 deficit and their ability to keep possession impressed Henry.
“With this team, you could see the players
wanted to play on the ground with lots of passes and quality,” said Henry. “Besides the victory, what I told you before is that we could have won or lost. This was a preseason game for
them, but we’ll go home knowing that we could play with them.
“We played very well. That’s the most important thing for me.”
