Robinson leads MVLA back into national championship

[U.S. YOUTH SOCCER] U.S. under-17 national team starter Sarah Robinson was among the goal scorers as former champion MVLA Lightning crushed Cleveland United White, 5-0, to set up a date with Braddock Road YC Elite in Sunday's under-16 girls final at the U.S. Youth Soccer National Championships. The other teams to book tickets for Sunday's championships were Brentwood Premier and FC Penn Strikers in the under-18 age group.

-- BRYC went from a last-place finish in their National League division to playing for a national championship after beating CESA Premier, 3-1. Chandler Arrowood put CESA in front 10 minutes into the game before Kahla Seymour struck for two goals in the 23rd and 53rd minutes for BRYC. Taylor Woods sealed the win for BRYC in stoppage time.
