    Regardless of the officiating, DC doesn't understand the post-match whining process. Payne and Olsen should know better than to complain about the referee/officiating in such a direct manner. Send a lackey to complain on TV, not your coach and club president.
    wrt the article, "but the infraction is rarely enforced" is not a valid excuse. All players know better, they just choose to ignore that rule and variable officiating enables their bad behavior.
