EAST. Washington rallied for two goals in the second half to defeat Syracuse, 2-1, and improve its record to 3-0-0, its best start since the 2008 team when it went 7-0-0 to begin the season. Freshman Isabel Farrell scored the game-winning goal in the 77th minute after junior Stine Schoening had evened the score 11 minutes earlier.

-- Georgetown remained perfect at 4-0-0 with a 2-1 win over previously undefeated Hofstra at the JMU/Fairfield Inn by Marriott Invitational Tournament. Kaitlin Brenn scored in the 16th minute, and Daphne Corboz, who had earlier missed a penalty kick, added the second Hoyas' goal on corner kick in the 72nd minute.

-- Rutgers outshot Siena, 26-1, but all the Scarlet Knights could score was an own goal for a 1-0 victory that improved their record to 4-0-0.

MIDWEST. Junior Juliana Libertin scored two goals and had an assist, and senior Colleen Williams dished out four assists to lead Dayton to a 5-2 victory over Northwestern.

-- Claire Nicholson came in off the bench and recorded her second career hat trick as Tulsa dominated Nicholls State, 7-0.

SOUTH. Freshman Makenzy Doniak became the first player in Virginia history to score in each of the first four games of a season to lead the No. 8 Cavaliers to a 2-0 victory over UNC Wilmington in front of a season-high 1,129 fans at Kloeckner Stadium. Danielle Colaprico also scored a second-half goal.

 -- Tennessee remained undefeated by wrapping up the First Tennessee Lady Vol Classic with a 2-0 victory over VCU on goals by Kylie Bono and CC Cobb. The Lady Vols are off to a 4-0 start for the first time in program history to begin the Brian Pensky's coaching era in Knoxville.

-- Junior Jessica Fuston matched a career-high with three goals to propel Texas Tech to a 4-0 win over Montana for the Red Raiders' fourth win in four games.
