U.S. midfielder midfielder Michael Bradley, who made his AS Roma Serie A debut last weekend, suffered a thigh injury in training on Tuesday that will likely keep him out of action
for Roma and the USA until the second half of September, reports Greg Seltzer.
Bradley will miss Sunday's trip to Inter Milan and possibly a Sept. 16
visit from Bologna. He will also be unavailable for the USA's World Cup 2014 qualifiers against Jamaica on Sept. 7 and 11.
"Bradley has suffered a first- to second-degree muscle strain in
his right thigh," Roma press officer Catia Augelli told MLSsoccer.com. "He has already begun treatment, and will be monitored and reassessed over the next few days. I think he will be
missed for about two or three weeks."
