Brian and Ohai lead Americans into final

[UNDER-20 WOMEN'S WORLD CUP] The USA moved into the final of the 2012 Under-20 Women’s World Cup with a 2-0 win over Nigeria on Tuesday thanks to goals by Morgan Brian and Kealia Ohai. The Americans will face defending champion Germany, a 3-0 winner over Japan in the other semifinal.

The USA-Germany game will be a rematch of their recent group game won by the Germans, 3-0.

The final will be played on Saturday at Tokyo National Stadium. Live coverage begins at 6:20 a.m. ET on ESPNU, ESPN3 and 6:15 a.m. ET on Univision.

In the 22nd minute, U.S. left back Mollie Pathman drove a cross in from the left sideline and found Brian unmarked toward the far right side. The 2011 Soccer America Freshman of the Year capitalized on the chance with a driven header past Nigeria goalkeeper Ibubeleye Whyte.

The USA put the match away in the 70th minute as second-half subs Chioma Ubogagu and then Samantha Mewis worked the ball to Ohai, and the North Carolina junior scored into the left side of the goal to make it 2-0.
