[WORLD CUP 2014 COUNTDOWN] Americans account for only five of the 45 MLS players called up for the September World Cup 2014 qualifiers. Indeed, Canada, Hondurasand Jamaica called up more MLS players than Jurgen Klinsmann did for the U.S. national team’s series against Jamaica that begins Friday in Kingston, and therewill be more MLS Reggae Boyz working at “The Office” than MLS Yanks. (Nick Rimando will replace Sean Johnson as thethird U.S. goalie for the second qualifier Tuesday in Columbus, Ohio.)
