  1. Well, to those who lament the lack of Hispanic players on our senior MNT, and who have claimed that the USSF is not doing enough to include Hispanic players in its player id and development programs, I give you this U15 BNT. It is not at all surprising that this team is loaded with Hispanic players, given the devotion to the game evident in various Hispanic cultures. Now we are tapping into more stores of talented, committed players. In a decade a US MNT match in LA against Mexico may not be quite the “away” game that it often feels like!

  2. Agreed. As far as it not feeling the same in a Mexico vs USA game, it depends on how you percieve these games. It should be one country vs the other And the fan pride should be nationally based unless you see it as one race vs the other. What I can assure you is that when these numbers catch up to the senior level you will see much more fan support in our stadiums with a bigger ratio of red white and blue which has not yet been the case mostly. Pratt, are you saying basketball would have a different feeling to it if our national teams weren’t always predominantly black? I think it depends who is feeling it. Go USA!!

  3. Pity Americans wont cheer for the USMNT regardless of the ethnicity of the players……………………………..Please don’t bite on Luis’, who never played the game, continued efforts to divide nationalities and races……………”Coach Luis believes and teaches his young players something that has been overlooked in American Soccer : Loyalty, Comradery, Honor.” He feels nobody in the US teaches the virtues of loyalty, comradery, or honor and that apparently he is the only one………….And he feels “Very few in USA know much about soccer.”………….Luis never played the game, hates white people, thinks only hispanics can play soccer well, is just a daddy coach, cries and makes excuses when not enough hispanics are chosen for a US team – he is a victim and a race-baiter and a divisive element in the US AND A PROVEN PATHOLOGICAL LIAR who thinks his ‘vast superior’ knowledge of the game is earned simply by his ethnicity…………………Go USA women and men of all races!!!!
