Keane moves up; Wondo extends lead

[MLS GOLEADORES] The Los Angeles Galaxy's Irish striker Robbie Keane moved into a three-way tie for second in the leading scorers' race while San Jose's Chris Wondolowksi extended his lead on top with three goals in two Week 29 games. For video of Wondo's 22nd goal and the latest on the Golden Boot race ...

* Keane scored twice in the Galaxy's 4-2 win over Toronto FC to give him 14 on the season. The Irishman, who also has eight assists, joined the Galaxy late in the 2011 regular season and scored twice in four appearances and once in four playoff games as L.A. won the 2011 title. He has five goals in the Galaxy's last six games.

* Wondolowski's league-leading 22nd goal of the season was a big one -- the gamewinner in San Jose's 2-1 win at Seattle in front of 38,948 fans on Saturday. He had scored twice in Wednesday's 2-2 tie with Chivas USA and has four goals in his last three games.

* Wondolowski has four games left to match MLS's all-time regular-season scoring record -- Roy Lassiter's 27 strikes for Tampa Bay in MLS's inaugural 1996 season. Besides Lassiter, only five other players have scored more than 22 goals -- Mamadou Diallo (26/in 2000), Stern John (26/1998), Carlos Ruiz (24/2002), Raul Diaz Arce (23/1996) and Taylor Twellman (23/2002).

Wish Wondo could score like that in a USMNT kit.
