Wondo hat trick leaves him two goals shy of record

[MLS REWIND: Week 31] Chris Wondolowski recorded a hat trick in the San Jose Earthquakes' 4-1 win over the Colorado Rapids at Dick's Sporting Goods Park that secured them the top seed for the Western Conference playoffs. Wondolowski became the team's all-time leading scorer (62 career goals) and moved closer to the league's single-season scoring mark. His 25 goals rank fourth-best in MLS history and the most in 12 years. With two games to play, he has a chance at the single-season league record of 27 goals, set by Tampa Bay's Roy Lassiter in 1996. Going into the play-off, I learned, team with the momentum usually goes all the way. The only team that has momentum now is NYRB, but in the other direction, that is.

I'd have to agree with Gus, I was hoping for the RB's to win this match not lose it after dominating the game. I think Hans Baca time with NY is going to be very short lived.

As a Liveprool fan, I am optimistic about the appointment of Gérard Houllier as the Red Bull global sports director. he helped LFC to their best season since 1990 when they won the treble in 2001.
