Great goals from four games you probably missed

[VIDEO PICKS] Golazos by: a Japanese player in Germany, a Jordanian in Romania, a Peruvian in Bolivia, and a Brazilian in Portugal.

Once again, in honor of Friday, we’ll get straight to the good stuff. Enjoy.

Danny Williams was in Antigua & Barbuda on Friday, playing for the USA while his teammate at Hoffenheim, 20-year-old Takashi Usami, was facing third division SV Darmstadt 98 back in Germany. Every description I’ve seen of Usami’s amazing goal in this club friendly, and the dribbling leading up to it, mentions Neymar or Leo Messi, but I’m just not going to do that.

Two weeks ago, in the first division of Romania, Jordanian Tha’er Bawab, of Gaz Metan Medias, gets his shoe shined by a teammate after executing this perfect drag into net on an entry pass against Dinamo Bucharest. The game finished 2-2.

Peru would be last in Conmebol World Cup qualifying if not for this dipping forty-yard blast by Juan Carlos Marino in La Paz last Friday, where it tied Bolivia, 1-1. Peru is now one point above last place Paraguay after losing, 1-0, in Asuncion on Tuesday.

Finally, from last weekend in the Segunda Liga of Portugal, with some of the best musical accompaniment we’ve heard, a ridiculously high degree of difficulty on this half scissor kick on the edge of the box by Brazilian striker Rafael Porcellis for Santa Clara against Leixoes. Does it really matter who won?
