[SEC TOURNAMENT] No. 1 seed Florida recovered from conceding a tying goal to Erin Emerson in the 81th minute and beatOle Miss, 2-1, on senior midfielder Erika Tymrak‘s goal in the 89th minute.

“I think we just had to keep our composure,” Florida headcoach Becky Burleigh said. “We started to turn it into a little bit of a dribble fest instead of a passing game, which is our strength. That’s our fault, but you have to give Ole Misscredit for coming back and getting that goal. It was a great goal off their set piece.”
 
Florida had jumped on the board in the 12th minute when senior Jo Dragotta scored from 12 yards out off a cross from Tessa Andujar.

No. 2 Texas A&M, playing in itsfirst-ever SEC Tournament, escaped with a 1-0 overtime win against 10th-seeded South Carolina at the Orange Beach SportsPlex.

Jayne Eadie scored inthe 94th minute to move the Texas A&M into the semifinals against No. 6 seed Auburn, which edged Tennessee in a shootout after their game ended 0-0.

Fifth-seeded Missouri got a pairof goals from Haley Krentz and Alyssa Diggs in less than a two-minute span in the first half and held off Kentucky for a2-1 win in the other quarterfinal.
