Mexico easily qualifies in 1st. Jamaica has no chance. Next 4 play for 3 spots in a tight race. USA will finish 3rd or 4th. Any bets?

USA was looking for a draw in Jamaica. Panama, Honduras, Costa Rica will not be easy away games.
