FIFA on Wednesday released its international rankings for November, which saw both the United States and Mexico surge five places to Nos. 27 and 14, respectively. You can view the full rankings here.

World and European champion Spain maintained its reign at the top of the rankings, ahead of Germany in second andArgentina in third. Portugal was fourth, followed by Italy, England and the Netherlands. Colombia can stake the claim as South America’s second-best team in eighth place, while Russia placednine and Croatia 10.

Other notables are Uruguay (11), Brazil (13)—mostly because it is only playing exhibitions at the moment—and Ivory Coast (15).
