[USL PRO] Phoenix FC, which will begin play in USL PRO in 2013, will play at Arizona State’s Sun Devil Soccer Stadium in Tempe. As part of the deal, Phoenix FCwill pay for the expansion of seating from 1,000 to 5,000 seats.
