Mario Balotelli is on his way to AC Milan to complete a medical after Manchester City accepted an offer of around $27 million plus $4 million in add-ons, The Daily Mail
reports. The controversial striker has pulled out of City’s squad to face Queens Park Rangers tonight in order to complete the move to the Serie A giant.
On Monday, Balotelli was
seen carrying some belongings from the club’s headquarters before joining his teammates in London for Tuesday’s game at Loftus Road. The Italian had already put his Cheshire home on the
market more than two weeks ago.
According to the report, Balotelli helped the deal go through by accepting a pay cut from $6.8 million per year to $5.4 million.
