Robert Lewandowski will almost certainly leave Borussia Dortmund at the end of the season, after the club revealed that the striker would not sign a new deal. Lewandowski still has another year left on his current contract, but the German champion is likely to want to cash in on the sought-after striker by selling him at the end of the season. The 24-year-old has a long list of suitors, including Bayern Munich, Manchester United and Juventus.

"Robert Lewandowski is not going to sign a new contract. We will have to see if he is going to be on the move in the summer," Borussia Dortmund director Michael Zorc told German Sky. "His contract runs until 2014. There are two options. Either he goes in June or he stays for another year."

Lewandowski’s agent, Cezary Kucharski, also hinted that the player would be leaving at the end of the season. "He's already in his third season at Dortmund. Read between the lines and you'll know what this means," Kucharski told Polish TV. The Poland international has scored 44 goals in 87 appearances for the German club, helping it two consecutive Bundesliga titles.
