European tour ends with 1-1 tie and 2-0 loss in Romania

[USA UNDER-18 MEN] The U.S. under-18 men's national team concluded its European tour with a 1-1 tie and 2-0 loss in a two-game series with Romania. The tour had
opened with a 4-0 loss to France.
Ben Spencer's goal in the 80th minute earned the USA a draw on Friday after Mihai Balasa put Romania ahead in the 28th minute.
On Sunday, Spencer was sent off late in the first half, but the U.S. U-18s held off Romania until Adrian Morosanu and Roberto Radu scored for the hosts in the last four minutes of the second half.
