Fischer's flawless chip and Mirallas' miraculous run

[VIDEO PICK: Golazos] Kevin Mirallas’ beautiful run saw him score the only goal in Everton’s win over Stoke City while Victor Fischer’s second goal in Ajax’s 4-1 win over NEC might have been the prettiest chip we’ve seen all season.

Ajax’s win on Sunday increased its first-place lead over PSV Eindhoven to three points, and Everton is now just four points behind fourth-place Chelsea, and the EPL’s final Champions League birth.

This gorgeous first goal involves two of Denmark’s biggest young stars. Fischer, just 18, is the one scoring this audacious chip and 21-year-old Christian Eriksen’s quick turn and subtle hesitation allows his teammate time to display his talents. The NEC goalkeeper’s applause is classic stuff, and his team’s response just moments later isn’t bad either …
