The Pharaohs, Bob Bradley and the World Cup Quest

[VIDEO PICK: Film Preview] Beautiful images are strewn throughout the recently released trailer from "We Must Go," a documentary still in progress that follows Coach Bob Bradley, the Egyptian national team and their efforts to qualify for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.

Bradley coached the USA from 2006-2011, guiding it to the round of 16 of the 2010 World Cup. The 55-year-old Princeton graduate took over the Egyptian national team in 2011 after being let go by U.S. Soccer. Currently first in its qualifying group, Egypt hasn’t qualified for the World Cup since 1990, and only once before that -- in 1934.

The film isn’t scheduled for release until mid-2014, and this is its initial trailer. Containing no words, its cinematography, vibrant color, the backdrop, Bradley himself as a character, and the soccer tragedy that occurred during his reign as coach, all seem to guarantee a dramatic documentary.

And taking the Pharaohs to their first World Cup in nearly 25 years sure would look good on a resume ...

Good luck to Bob Bradley. I firmly believe, as time goes on, Bradley will be viewed as one of the best coaches at any level.
