[AWARDS] Jennifer Steadings, a senior goalkeeper from Dorman High School in Roebuck, S.C., has been named the
NSCAA/TopDrawerSoccer.com High School Player of the Week.
Steadings made two crucial saves on penalty kicks against Byrnes High and preserving a 1-0 win. She also made 10 saves against
one of the top girls programs in the state in Nation Riverside High School.
She followed up with a key performance against Wade Hampton High School, rejecting three penalty kicks in a
shootout.
This week’s other nominee included Rose Ripslinger from Assumption High School (Davenport, Iowa).
