[LISBON INTERNATIONAL TOURNAMENT] Romain Gall scored his third goal in two games -- a free kick from 23 yards -- to give the U.S. under-18 national team a 1-1 tie with host Portugal to remain in first place at the 19th annual Lisbon International Tournament.
