Geoffrey Kondogbia, a 20-year-old defensive midfielder who plays for Sevilla, has emerged as a key Chelsea target, the London Evening Standard reports, saying that the promising Frenchman could be available for as little as $15.5 million, despite having four years remaining on his Sevilla contract.
