[USL PRO REWIND: Week 14] The Richmond Kickers remained undefeated this season after battling the Vancouver Whitecaps FC Reserves to a 1-1 draw on Saturday night
in front of a rain-soaked crowd of 2,135 at City Stadium.
Joseph Ngwenya buried the equalizer in the second half, but the Kickers (7-0-5) were
denied twice by the woodwork after the 90th minute. Saturday's other two league matches ended in 0-0 ties.
Sunday ... The Dayton Dutch
Lions got a goal from
Tjeerd Westdijk in the final minute to defeat the Los Angeles Blues, 1-0, and climb three spots up to sixth place in the standings.
-- The Pittsburgh Riverhounds scored two goals in each half to defeat Antigua Barracuda FC, 4-1, and extend their unbeaten streak to 10 games in USL PRO play.
Darren Amoo led the Riverhounds with two goals, while
Jose Angulo netted his 10th goal of the year and
Rob
Vincent tallied his first goal of the season in front of 3,121 supporters. Barracuda FC dropped to 0-15-0.
Friday ... The
second-place Harrisburg City Islanders were up 2-0 at home after 21 minutes but could not hold on, falling to Pittsburgh, 4-3. The Riverhounds scored four unanswered goals, including a pair by Angulo,
in the second half.
Amoo had the tying goal and
Mike Seth added an insurance goal for the Riverhounds. English winger
Tom Mellor, loan player
Jimmy McLaughlin and leading scorer
Sainey Touray scored
for Harrisburg in the Keystone Derby. The Islanders had won four out of their last five league games.

Tyler Rosenlund scored the game-winning
goal off an assist from
Blake Brettschneider in the 88th minute to give the Rochester Rhinos a 2-1 win over Antigua Barracuda FC. Rochester came back from 1-0
down to avoid the embarrassment of being the first team to not take all three points from the touring Caribbean team. Left back
Danny Earls had scored the
equalizer from the penalty spot in the 77th minute.
-- The Charlotte Eagles earned a 1-0 victory over VSI Tampa Bay FC on
Sergio Villasenor's goal
in the 74th minute.
Eric Reed earned his fifth shutout of the season.

First-place Orlando City fell to Brazil's Fluminense, 4-3, in a friendly that drew 11,127 fans at the Florida Citrus Bowl, an international friendly club record for attendance.
Dom Dwyer gave Orlando City the early lead, but Flu responded with four goals to take command of the game.
Adama Mbengue
scored one goal and set up
Jean Alexandre for another two minutes apart as Orlando pulled to within one goal with 10 minutes to play.

great for some of our younger players to play against them [Fluminense],” said Orlando City coach
Adrian Heath. “On the whole, I’m pleased
with the evening.”
