One day after admitting to not knowing where Liverpool target Henrikh Mkhitaryan is, Shakhtar Donetsk announced that it received a $25.5 million offer for the Armenia international from Borussia Dortmund. Shakhtar CEO Sergei Palkin told Terrikon that either club has 10 days to pay the fee, or Mkhitaryan will remain a Shakhtar player.
