Corinthians: Paulinho Departure "Imminent"

Corinthians on Thursday confirmed that the departure of Tottenham target Paulinho, who scored the winning goal in Brazil’s 2-1 victory over Uruguay in the Confederations Cup semifinal on Wednesday, is “imminent.” In a statement, Corinthians President Mario Gobbi Filho said the club was resigned to losing its star midfielder, while expressing his annoyance that top clubs in the world continually harass his team’s best players.
