This Ronaldo is for real

[GUINNESS INT'L CHAMPIONS CUP] Cristiano Ronaldo and Real Madrid got the best of his former coach, Jose Mourinho, and Chelsea as the Portuguese star scored on brilliantly taken free kick and powerful header to give Real Madrid a 3-1 win in the final of the Guinness International Champions Cup Wednesday before an announced crowd of 67,273 at Miami's Sun Life Stadium.

Earlier in the tournament, Mourinho had taken a backhanded slap at Cristiano Ronaldo when he talked about coaching "Ronaldo, not this one [Cristiano], the real one, the Brazilian Ronaldo."

Cristiano Ronaldo wouldn't respond to Mourinho.

"I prefer to remember the good things from coaches," said Ronaldo, who played under his fellow countryman for three seasons at Real Madrid. "I don't spit on the plate from which I eat and I don't speak about people who say bad things about me."

Ronaldo set up Brazilian Marcelo for the first goal in the 14th minute, and Ramires equalized two minutes later for Chelsea.

After that, it was all Ronaldo, who struck a free kick that flew over the Chelsea wall and under the crossbar to beat Petr Cech and then came out of nowhere to head home young Spanish star Isco's cross.

In the third-place game, Mario Balotelli and M'Baye Niang scored in the first half to give AC Milan a 2-0 win over the LA Galaxy.
