Real Madrid Earns Record Revenues

Real Madrid earned record revenues of $683.3 for the 2012-2013 financial year, the club announced on Thursday, showing increased profits of $48.4 million and a lowered declared financial debt of $119.3 million. While the results will reflect positively on the way President Florentino Perez runs the club, ESPN points out that they will be dissected during Real’s annual general meeting next month.

Mundo Deportivo reveals that the La Liga giant’s outstanding debt totals $777 million, which includes last year’s "financial debt" of $290 million, plus $487 million in short-term debt held amongst various banks.
