[NASL PREVIEW: Week 7]
The Carolina RailHawks, the only team unbeaten at home this season in the NASL, will be out for
revenge Saturday when they host the Tampa Bay Rowdies in a battle of first-place teams. A week ago, Carolina fell to Tampa Bay, 3-2, on an own goal late in the game. The result left Carolina, Tampa
Bay and Ft. Lauderdale tied for the league lead.
"It is unique to play the same team in back-to-back
weeks," said RailHawks coach Colin Clarke.
"After a disappointing result in Tampa, the team is ready to get back on the field. Fans are going to be able
to see another exciting match between two sides that like to attack."
The New York Cosmo, only a point off the pace, and Minnesota United, two points behind three teams tied at the top,
meet on Saturday.
The spring champion Atlanta Silverbacks host the San Antonio Scorpions in Saturday's other game. The Scorpions picked up
his first point last week with a 0-0 draw at the Fort Lauderdale, which plays Sunday at FC Edmonton.
