Chivas USA product Amaya scores four goals for U-17/18s

[LA GALAXY] Adonis Amaya scored four goals to lead the LA Galaxy's under-17/18 team to a 5-1 win over the San Diego Surf for its third straight win in the Development Academy's Southwest Division.

Amaya, who leads the Galaxy with five goals, spent time in U.S. U-17 residency and came over from Chivas USA

He is one of nine players who moved from Chivas USA's U-15/.16 team when Michael Munoz left Chivas USA to coach at the Galaxy academy.

Seven players -- Ryo Fujji, Bradford Jamieson, Jeff Quezada, Andrew Benitez, Cesar Jerez and Sebastian Velasco and Amaya -- have played in all three Galaxy games.

It has scored 14 goals in the three games.
