Netherlands coach Louis van Gaal has told Galatasaray midfielder Wesley Sneijder to move to Chelsea to revive his international career. Sneijder, who was anintegral part of Jose Mourinho’s treble-winning Inter Milan team in 2010, is thought to be a January target of Mourinho, now currently at Chelsea.
