Bradley celebrates return with winning goal

Bradley has not played for Roma since the second game of the season after he suffered a severe ankle sprain in warmups before the U.S. World Cup qualifier against Costa Rica on Sept. 6.
Boyd scored his eighth goal of the season in all competitions with two minutes left to give Rapid Vienna a 1-0 win at Austria Vienna.
Kljestan scored in the first minute for Anderlecht, but the defending Belgian champion had to settle for a 1-1 tie with Standard Liege that left it seven points behind the league leader. His five goals rank tied for eighth in the Jupiler Pro League.

Tim Howard won the battle of U.S. keepers as Everton beat Brad Guzan's Aston Villa, 2-0, in a match that saw Howard stop Belgian star Christian Benteke's penalty kick with a diving save.
The Villa-Everton match was billed as a battle of the Belgians with Red Devil strikers Kevin Mirallas and Roman Lukaku starting for Everton and Benteke for Villa, but Howard proved to be the difference in the game
"No one deserved that clean sheet more than Tim," Everton manager Roberto Martinez said. "We are very privileged to have a player like him. Everyone was focusing on trying to score and we didn't control Villa's threat. Without Tim today it would have been a very difficult second half."
