[NATIONAL LEAGUE] Just two teams — U-14 Scorpions SC Boston and U-17 CUP Gold (Ohio) — made it through four days of play in the U.S. Youth Soccer National Leaguein Wilson, N.C., with wins in each of their four games.
After winning its first three contests, defending national champion Smithtown (N.Y.) Arsenal tied on Sunday to drop its firstpoints in the U-17 age group. The other defending national champion in the field, U-18 West Coast FC, also finished with a draw, a 2-2 tie with OBGC Rangers.
