Dunn and Brian among MAC Hermann Trophy semifinalists

[WOMEN'S AWARDS] North Carolina star Crystal Dunn, the 2012 MAC Hermann winner, is among 15 semifinalists for the 2013 MAC Hermann Trophy. Carolina has been eliminated, but all four Women's College Cup participants are represented, including Virginia with two players -- U.S. international Morgan Brian and Makenzy Doniak -- on the short list.

NCAA Division I coaches who are NSCAA College Services members may vote for their top choices through Tuesday. Soccer fans can vote for their favorite player on the MAC’s website hosted by LockerDome, starting Thursday.

The top three vote-getters from the combined NSCAA coaches and weighted fan votes will be announced as finalists on Dec. 12, followed by the announcement of the winners at the annual MAC banquet in St. Louis Jan. 10.
