Wolfsburg on Saturday completed the signing of Belgium international Kevin De Bruyne from Chelsea. The 22-year-old signed a five-year deal with the Bundesliga giant in a bid to getmore playing time ahead of the 2014 World Cup. De Bruyne’s transfer fee was reported as being close to 22 million euros ($30 million).
