Aaron Ramsey, who has already missed a month, could be sidelined for a further six weeks after tests revealed that the
thigh injury he suffered against West Ham last month is worse than initially feared.

would not be leaving Schalke during the transfer window, which ends on Friday night. Reports claim that Wenger is now looking to secure Spartak Moscow midfielder
Kim Kallstrom on loan
for the remainder of the season.

Perhaps Wenger has forgotten what it takes to win the league? Man City and Chelsea are both on a roll and have added depth and Wenger borrows...an old, injured journeyman? Props to Giroud for performing well so far but Jan-April is going to grind down that team--just in time for the WC. I hope all the Premier League stars don't get injured in the run-up. Maybe they deserve an extra month of rest? If they can move the WC to winter, can't they move it back a month to allow more rest for these workhorses?
