Cristiano Ronaldo has agreed to pay the full cost of $83,000 for the surgery of young Erik Ortiz Cruz. The Real Madrid striker was originally asked to donate hiscleats for a charity auction benefitting the 10-month old child who is suffering from a brain disorder, but the 2013 Ballon d’Or winner decided to go further than that by paying for the fullcost of the surgery.
