Irate Manchester United fans took their anger out on former coach Alex Ferguson following the defending English champion’s 3-0 home defeat to city rival Manchester City on Tuesday.According to reports, angry fans yelled expletives at the former United manager as well as David Moyes, his handpicked successor, while stadium officials were deployed to prevent the fans fromtearing down a banner honoring Moyes as “The Chosen One.” United is currently seventh in the Premier League table, 12 points behind Arsenal, which occupies the fourth and final UEFA Champions Leaguequalification place.
