Premier League CEO Richard Scudamore says that Manchester United’s struggles this season are damaging to the league’s worldwide brand. The Red Devils are currently seventhin the Premier League, 18 points behind league leader Chelsea in what has been a disappointing first campaign for new coach David Moyes. “It’s a double-edged sword,” Scudamore said inan interview. “When your most popular club isn’t doing as well, that costs you interest and audience in some places.”
